Mobile Car Detailing in Hialeah: What to Expect When We Come to You

TL;DR

What happens when a mobile detailer comes to you in Hialeah: where the van parks, why it runs its own generator, how long each package takes, and what you need to do first.

Hialeah is home base for Eduar Mobile Auto Detailing, and the work is fully mobile: no shop to drive to, no key drop, no half of your Saturday spent in a waiting room. If you have never booked mobile car detailing in Hialeah before, the useful question is a practical one: what actually happens when the van pulls up at your address? Below is the whole process, from where we park to the short list of things we need from you.

Where does the van park?

A driveway is ideal. One standard parking space next to your car is enough, because we work around the vehicle instead of moving it. Level ground with a little clearance on both sides lets us open the doors fully and keep hoses and cords out of the walkway.

Apartment lots, townhouse driveways and office parking all work too. In gated communities and condo lots around Hialeah, Miami Lakes and Doral, two things are worth checking: whether the property allows washing in the lot, and whether the guard gate needs a name in advance. Tell us the gate situation when you book and we plan around it. A covered space is fine if there is room to open the doors, and in South Florida heat we would rather work in shade than direct sun. Cooler panels and cooler glass hold product long enough to be worked properly instead of flashing dry in seconds.

Do we need to plug into your outlet?

No. The van carries its own generator, so the vacuum, the extractor, the steamer and the polisher all run off our power. Nothing gets fed through a window, nothing runs across your floor, and nothing lands on your electric bill. If there is something we do need from the property, such as access to an outdoor spigot, we say so when the appointment is set instead of knocking on your door for it halfway through the job.

What does mobile car detailing in Hialeah cost, and how long does it take?

Pricing goes by package and vehicle size. The times below are working time on the vehicle, so you can plan your day around them.

PackageSedanSUVTruckTime on site
Maintenance Detail$80$100$1201.5 to 2 hours
Premium Detail$150$180$2102.5 to 3 hours
Deep Clean$220$250$2803.5 to 4 hours

Add a few minutes of setup at the start and pack down at the end. Condition matters as well: a Deep Clean on a truck that has hauled a dog and a job site sits at the long end of its range. We work Monday through Sunday, 8am to 6pm, so a Deep Clean needs to start by early afternoon to finish in daylight.

What can be added on, and what has to be quoted?

Add-ons have set prices: pet hair removal $30 to $70, biological spill removal $40 to $80, headliner cleaning $30 to $80, and steam engine bay cleaning at $40 for a sedan, $50 for an SUV, $60 for a truck. Engine bays are cleaned with steam, never a pressure washer. Pressurized water forced into connectors, sensors and fuse boxes creates problems that cost far more to fix than the detail did.

Other work is quoted per vehicle because condition sets the price: ceramic coating, headlight restoration, one step paint enhancement, ozone odor removal, and seat shampoo with hot water extraction. Two or three photos taken in daylight are usually enough for us to give you a number. The full list of detailing packages and add-on pricing is on the services page.

What do you need to do before we arrive?

Very little, which is the whole point of a mobile service.

  • Clear personal items out of the cabin and trunk. Child seats can stay if you want them cleaned, just tell us.
  • Leave the parking space open, or text us where to pull in.
  • Hand over the keys or leave the car unlocked so we can move seats and work the interior.
  • Give the guard gate or front desk our name if your building requires it.
  • Point out anything specific: a stain, a scuff, a smell you want gone.

You do not have to stand outside and supervise. Stay inside, keep working, run your errands. As long as we can reach the car and reach you when it is finished, the appointment runs itself. At the end we walk the vehicle with you if you are there, or send photos if you are not.

How far do we travel from Hialeah?

Hialeah is the base, and the service area covers about a 30 mile radius: Miami, Miami Lakes, Doral, Miami Gardens, Kendall, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood and the rest of Broward County. If you are not sure your address falls inside that, send the address and your vehicle type through the booking and contact page and we will confirm before anything is scheduled.

Ready to get on the schedule? Message us on WhatsApp or call (786) 836-5568, or email Eduardetailing@gmail.com. Tell us the vehicle, the address and the day that works for you, and we will bring the van, the generator and everything else to your driveway.
